How You Will Make a Difference


As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Help Desk employee, who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, called to serve. The IT Support Specialist has an essential role to support both corporate and branch users with desktop configuration, repair, and troubleshooting variety of IT Help Desk issues.


In this role, you will:



  • Communicate electronically (and in-person) with desktop users experiencing technical difficulties by troubleshooting and documenting problems

  • Reproduce, diagnose, and analyze problems reported by end-users, in turn formulating solutions to resolve the issue at hand

  • Provide training and advice to users, both in response to identified difficulties and to share tips for optimal computer operation

  • Organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other Desktop Support personnel

  • Set up and deploy IT equipment for new employees

  • Train users in software and operating systems

  • Address and resolve incoming tickets from users regarding hardware, software, and network issues

  • Assess recurring issues to create automated processes where possible

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills

  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

  • Ability to learn new technologies and master them

  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and meet goals

  • Highly motivated and interested in gaining experience in the areas of helpdesk/desktop configuration, repair, and support

    Experience to Deliver on our Mission:



    • High School Graduate required

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT Help Desk role

    • Able to absorb and process new information quickly, keeping up with constantly changing and evolving systems

    • Must be able to think logically and improvise to apply past knowledge and situations to new problems or symptoms

    • Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance
