What You'll Do: 

• Ensure the highest quality food and nutritional services in alignment with established procedures
• Oversee budgeting and inventory management for the kitchen
• Plan and develop menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and preferences
• Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Manage kitchen staffing, including scheduling and supervision
• Provide high-quality service to residents, employees, and guests
• Support the overall well-being of senior residents through quality meal preparation

What You'll Need: 

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Must be certified in Food Handling according to state guidelines or be willing to become certified
• Supervisory experience preferred. Must possess training and work experience in culinary field
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
