  • Sign-on Bonus of $500 AM, $800 PM, $1,000 NOC. * Must be scheduled 40+ hrs/pp  

How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie at North Pointe is seeking Resident Assistants to join our compassionate team. As a dedicated Resident Assistant, you will embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression.  While assisting with personal cares, medications, and mobility, you will find ways to bring smiles to the faces of those you serve.  Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Schedule: Full-Time AM Shift, 6am - 2pm, 67.5 hours per pay period. Week 1: M, T, W, SA/SU. Week 2: T, W, TH, F.

  • Shift Differential: 
    • $1 PM (2pm-10pm)
    • $2 NOC (10pm-6am) 
    • $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am)
What you will need: 
  • 2 prior years experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare required.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Medication passing experience required. 
  •  Familiarity with electronic health records required.
  • Ability to commit to your schedule year round (i.e. not leaving for summers) require.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
