As we operate in the public cloud (Azure) and follow an API-first approach, this position requires an understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications, working closely with Tech Leads to ensure seamless implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop an understanding of our API-first architecture, including familiarity with OpenAPI Specification (OAS), REST principles, and BPMN (a nice-to-have).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within existing business processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively participate in the Agile development lifecycle, including backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize project management tools like Jira (or equivalent) to track and manage tasks, issues, and project progress.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Become proficient in API testing tools like Postman to validate the functionality and integration of our cloud-based solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to the rol</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:&quot;Open Sans&quot;, sans-serif;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;">e.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, ideally in a cloud-based, API-driven environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of cloud computing concepts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with API design, implementation, and testing, including knowledge of OpenAPI Specification (OAS) and REST principles.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira (or equivalent) to track tasks, issues, and project progress.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business problems and identify solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to continuously learn and expand your technical skills to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving industry.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>NICE TO HAVES:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and its application in cloud-based solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their implementation in software development projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Certifications in relevant cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, ECBA).</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p><p>We provide an attractive comprehensive financial and benefits package that supports your career development, work-life balance, and overall well-being.</p><p><strong>WANT TO JOIN?</strong></p><p>You’ll join a skilled and cohesive team with different expertise.
