About this role
VPG is looking for a talented SOX professional to join our Global SOX team at our headquarters in Modiin. In this role, you will be actively involved in our global SOX compliance and internal control activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and execute SOX testing activities, including process walk-throughs with process owners, sampling and controls testing in accordance with SOX guidance, and documenting and reporting testing results.
- Perform application controls testing, including walkthroughs.
- Provide support to external auditors to ensure timely and smooth completion of SOX projects.
- Support the implementation of the SOX internal control framework in newly acquired subsidiaries worldwide.
- Assist with reporting and other internal control and Finance initiatives, as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- CPA(Israel) – required
- Sox consultant/ auditor at a big 4 or similar accounting firm, with 3-4 years of experience in SOX.
- Knowledge of US GAAP - advantage
- Clear and direct communication skills both oral and written (fluent in English).
