Role Purpose:
The role is responsible for driving Visa’s strategic product and innovation agenda in Ecuador, ensuring an efficient and high‑impact deployment of our solutions, technologies, and capabilities. This position will collaborate closely with specialized and regional teams (core products, digital, non‑card rails, innovation) to accelerate product adoption and enable business growth with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
Nature of the Role:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented leader with the ability to deeply understand Visa’s product portfolio and strategically connect these capabilities to the specific needs of the Ecuadorian market.
The role requires strong business orientation, high autonomy, and the ability to influence client agendas and ecosystem partners.
This position reports directly to the VP of Products (based in Bogotá, Colombia) and works in close alignment with hub and country teams.
