Associate Developer -Vue js - 100% Work from home

We are VirtuallyinCredible, a company committed to living and loving life. We started out with just 1 Virtual Assistant, and now we have over a thousand virtual assistants collectively working at home with us. As an Associate Developer, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the best customer support and experience to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend functionality using PHP and Laravel.
  

• Build frontend components using Vue.js; ensure responsive, performant, clean UI.
  

• Ability to follow Senior Web Developer's instructions.
  

• Continuously learn and improve: stay updated with Laravel & Vue.js ecosystem, JS, tooling (build tools, bundlers, linting, etc.).
  

• Work with APIs (consuming and building RESTful APIs).
  

• Collaborate with design, QA, and product/UX teams to turn designs/specs into working features.
  

• Debug/troubleshoot issues, write unit or feature tests (as applicable).
  

• Participate in code reviews; adopt best practices (security, performance, scalability).
  

• Ability to follow Senior Web Developer's instructions.
  

• Use version control (Git) effectively; keep code clean, documented, and maintainable.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  

• Knowledge of Basic Vue and Laravel programming syntax
  

• General Experience (projects, school assignments, bootcamp, or internships) with Vue.js (Vue 2 or 3) for front-end.
  

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  

• Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or equivalent).
  

• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
  

• Logical thinking & problem-solving skills: ability to break down problems, reason through edge cases, and think algorithmically.
  

• Can work independently under low supervision while maximizing productivity and maintaining elevated quality of work.
  

• Good communication skills (written & verbal), self-motivated, able to follow specifications and participate in team processes.
  

Technical Requirements

• Computer - Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5 or Ryzen 5, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD) or MacBook M1+ (16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD).
  

• Internet - Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, < 50 ms latency, wired fiber or DSL (no pocket Wi-Fi).
  

• Backup - Secondary internet (mobile hotspot) and backup power.
