• Support the rollout of Meet the Mentors as an in-app experience within social media platforms, ensuring links, flows, and calls-to-action work seamlessly inside Instagram and TikTok browsers.
• Create and schedule consistent short-form content (posts, reels, TikTok videos) to:
- Promote mentors
- Highlight the Word of the Day feature
- Build anticipation for Stage One and upcoming group sessions
• Understand and work within the limitations and behaviors of social media in-app browsers, optimizing captions, links, and formats to maximize clicks, engagement, and completion.
• Manage basic community engagement (comments and messages) using approved tone and safety guidelines.
• Track and share simple weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, link clicks), with brief observations on what’s working.
• Support staged launch moments by aligning content to key milestones
