About the Role:
This position primarily focuses on outpatient and home-based palliative care, with occasional inpatient consults to ensure seamless, continuous support. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

The starting salary for this position is: $275,000.00 (annually).
The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
