Purpose of Job:
Coordinate activities related to inventory and warehouse management and assist in import operations in Europe.
Warehousing:
- Manage the stock reconciliation monthly basis.
- Update working instructions with regards to warehousing.
- Contract management with main warehouses in Europe.
- Responsible for non-conforming cases with warehouses.
- Vendor creation process and vendor data change management.
- Handle inquiries about payments of warehouse about their invoices.
- ISO9001-related activities such as vendor assessment, change of procedures, meeting notes etc.
- Monitor storage capacity versus business’s needs.
- Control import volumes by port and check if there is storage capacity in the respective warehouses.
- Warehouse loss allowance report and control.
- Use the cost model analysis to support the new warehouse set up decision.
- Manage the annual stock counting within the top 5 warehouses in Europe.
Imports:
- Handle import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, EUR1, ATR1, Certificate of Origin and other shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports and exports.
- Coordination with European warehouses to ensure timely customs clearance, material inbound in stock, and delivery of goods.
- Coordination with overseas suppliers to ensure orders ship within the time agreed.
- Track and Trace shipments to ensure we provide accurate arrival dates to warehouses and to customer locations.
- Handle operational issues that arise and escalate internally stakeholders as necessary.
- Solve claims for damage material and material loss.
- Monitor and report on import/export activities such as shipment status / demurrage /detention charges.

- A college degree is required with a preference for a focus on logistics or business.
- 1 - 3 years of working experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and SAP.
- Fluent in English.
