About this role

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. The Club House Wait Staff is responsible for serving meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, and private dining rooms.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Provides food and beverage items as required.
2. Serves meals in the dining rooms in compliance with Member preferences and orders. Monitors reception of meals and offers substitute food items for those not deemed satisfactory by members.
3. Stocks items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary.
4. Demonstrates the skills and techniques of fine dining service.
5. Runs food independently.
6. Is able to serve entire 3-4 table section independently with some assistance needed.
7. Is able to use the computer to enter orders, split checks, and charge members correctly.

Hours: Full Time and Part Time
