We’re currently seeking a Full-Time AM Registered Nurse to join our exceptional care team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents’ comfort, health, and overall well-being. You’ll work within a collaborative and welcoming environment alongside LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, Activities Staff, and more—while receiving guidance and support from our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Administer Treatments & Care
  • Monitor Vital Signs
  • Maintain Documentation

  • Serve as a Resource

  • Medication Management
  • Address Medication Concerns
  • Respond to Call Lights
  • Admit and Discharge Residents

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Active RN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • CPR certification required
  • Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to others 
  • A passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills
