Duties and responsibilities: - The painter is responsible for performing general painting duties in the community including but not limited to dry wall repairs, sanding of wood/metal, priming surfaces and painting the interior/exterior surfaces.- Assists in periodic inspections of the community.
Qualifications - External Prefer vocational or technical education or related experience. Must have a valid Florida Driver's license. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
FT/40 - Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm; some on call and some weekends in rotation.
Pay rate: $20 per hour
