ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Bistro Attendant is responsible for the general operations of our on-site bistro, which requires providing exemplary customer service experience to our residents, guests, staff, and the ability to multi-task efficiently and competently with little direction. Is responsible for always maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Bistro Attendant:

  • Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
  • Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
  • Sets tables and maintains workstations in proper order.
  • Takes orders, provides service, and requested items both graciously and courteously.
  • Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service.
  • Stocks, restocks, and rotates supplies.
  • Maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges in a Point-of-Sale system.
  • Assists supervisor with inventory of supplies.
  • Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization.
  • Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
