We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee five quick service restaurant concepts located on Airside 2 at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Position Overview
This is a District Manager–level role responsible for leading multiple restaurant concepts simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a sharp business mindset and proven experience managing multi-unit, high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across 5 airport locations, including payroll, scheduling, food quality, cleanliness, repairs, and guest experience
Lead, train, develop, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers
Drive operational consistency, brand standards, and financial performance
Foster a positive culture focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and airport regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience managing multiple quick service restaurants, preferably across multiple concepts
Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills
Solid understanding of multi-unit financials, labor management, and operational controls
Airport Requirements
Must be able to pass an airport background check
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a high-security, fast-paced airport environment
