We’re looking for a strong General Manager to lead our Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport (MCO). This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume, fast-paced airport environment while representing one of the most recognized brands in the world.
Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee daily operations of a quick service restaurant, with responsibilities including:
Guest service excellence
Hiring, training, and team development
Scheduling and labor management
Financial performance (P&L accountability)
Ensuring brand standards and operational compliance
Experience with Paycom is a plus.
Up to $80,000 annually.
Important Requirements
Must be able to pass an airport background check
Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by airport operations
