Ihre Aufgaben
- Vorausschauende Bereitstellung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen anhand von Maschinenbelegungsplänen, Fertigungsaufträgen und Vorgaben der Disponenten
- Beurteilung der Einsatzfähigkeit der Werkzeuge
- Vermessung und Voreinstellung der Werkzeuge mittels Voreinstellgerät
- Erstellen von Einrichteblättern für die Produktion
- Mitwirken bei der Fehlerbehebung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen
- Instandsetzung und Wartung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen
- Bestandspflege von Werkzeugen
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem genannten Aufgabengebiet sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Werkzeugtechnologie
- Selbständige, systematische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Gute Kenntnisse EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, BDE und CAQ)
- Interesse an weiterführenden Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen

What you'll do
- The role involves the proactive provision of tools and fixtures based on machine occupancy plans and production orders. Responsibilities also include assessing tool usability, measuring and setting tools, and participating in troubleshooting.
