Gestalte mit uns die Beschaffung von morgen! Als Werkstudent (all genders) im Bereich Global Operations arbeitest du an spannenden Fragestellungen rund um strategische Positionierung, Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir unsere globalen Einkaufsprozesse weiter, standardisieren Abläufe und setzen innovative Lösungen mit SAP S/4HANA um. So sammelst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen Organisation bei.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung der globalen Warengruppenstrategien
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung globaler Beschaffungsprozesse
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Standards, Prozessen und Tools im Global Procurement
- Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Nachverfolgung konzernweiter Beschaffungsprogramme (z. B. Performance- oder Lokalisierungsinitiativen)
- Erhebung und Auswertung relevanter Einkaufskennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Analysen und Reports
- Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Einkaufsumfeld (SAP S/4HANA)
- Recherche zu Best Practices und Erarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen zur Effizienzsteigerung
Dein Profil:
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP S/4HANA)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What you'll do
- The role involves the development of global procurement strategies and the optimization of procurement processes. Additionally, the student will support the implementation of standards and tools in Global Procurement.
