We are looking for a Sales Consultant (all genders) in Central Finland to complete our dynamic sales team at Viega.

 

Your Tasks

  • Take charge of achieving sales targets within your designated area, driving growth and success.
  • Manage core target groups, ensuring strong relationships and sustained engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the entire project tender process, from initial planning to successful completion.
  • Launch new products and delivering hands-on training to customers, ensuring they can maximize product potential.
  • Execute impactful market-handling campaigns tailored to your sales territory, enhancing market presence.
  • Handle technical support inquiries, providing first-level assistance and escalating complex issues to specialized teams for further resolution.

 

Your Profile

  • Proven sales and professional experience, preferably within the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Strong expertise in market handling and sales strategies, with a focus on driving results.
  • Solid understanding of market research methods, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with a confident command of customer relationship management tools.
  • Excellent planning skills, ensuring effective and efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with a networked approach, enabling holistic problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Strong consultancy skills, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients.
  • Highly customer-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes and strong partnerships.
  • Demonstration of strong market presence paired with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
