💻 Your Impact

You are the driving force behind sourcing for new product introductions (NPI), bringing in the right suppliers at the right time and ensuring they’re fully set up for success. You proactively secure the equipment needed for both internal teams and our contract manufacturing partners, enabling smooth, fast, and high‑quality product launches.

🔧 What You’ll Take On

In your role, you will:

• Identify and benchmark potential suppliers for NPI.

• Request and process quotation with suppliers for NPI.

• Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, taking into consideration price, quality, delivery times and other important factors during selection process.

• Support selection and implementation of new suppliers in line with ViCentra product requirements.

• Negotiate and manage pricing, terms and conditions with new/ potential suppliers.

• Liaise with Project/ NPI team on all new products.

• Develop supply chain solution for new parts/ products.

• Support and collaborate in Project teams ensure timely delivery  of NPI components, materials and products.

• Ensure COG reduction objectives are met.

• Build relationship with new suppliers and transfer suppliers to Purchasing Coordinator.

• Purchase Equipment from existing or new suppliers necessary for the operation of the company.

• Monitor and maintain relationships with existing equipment suppliers.

• Establish Service Agreements with new or existing equipment suppliers when needed.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures.

• Frequently interact and collaborate with other functional areas, engineering, operations, quality, finance.

📌 What You Bring

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.

• 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience with purchasing or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Sourcing, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or related work experience.

• Technical understanding of equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with introducing of NPI.

• Negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of  Advanced Microsoft User.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Confident to working in fast-paced dynamic environment.
