💻 Your Impact

You are the engine behind a smooth and efficient Procure‑to‑Pay process, ensuring every purchase flows seamlessly from request to delivery. You actively coordinate with third‑party suppliers to keep materials moving on time, and you maintain accurate, reliable purchasing data that keeps operations running with clarity and control.

🔧 What You’ll Take On

In your role, you will:

• Create, send and maintain purchase orders in line with purchasing plan.

• Request and process quotations with suppliers.

• Process purchase order confirmations.

• Work with suppliers to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner.

• Ensure consumable reorder points are maintained and updated in a timely manner and orders are placed.

• Work with Accounts Payables to match invoices with purchase order receipts to allow for a smooth supplier payment process.

• Support search for new suppliers in liaison with Procurement team.

• Monitor KPl to measure supplier performance.

• Communicate custom component specifications and supports preparation of release notes in liaison with R&D and/or Engineering.

• Support continuous improvements to achieve cost targets, in liaison with the process engineering, quality engineering and R&D functions.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures.

📌 What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Supply Chain/ Finance/

  Business Administration or Engineering.

• Min 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Professional experience within Supply Chain, Procurement or related.

• Negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft User.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Confident to working in fast-paced dynamic environment.
