Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Monroe, LA. This is your chance to join a specialized team that provides life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
- Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
- Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
