About this role
Du unterstützt unser Expertenteam bei der Steuerberatung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich der Entsendung von Mitarbeitenden, wobei du Einblicke in die steuerliche und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Unterstützung von Expatriates gewinnen kannst. Du erstellst Einkommensteuererklärungen für natürliche Personen, die aus dem Ausland nach Deutschland oder umgekehrt entsandt werden. Du überprüfst Steuerbescheide und bereitest Einsprüche sowie Anträge beim Finanzamt vor. Umsetzung technischer Themen wie Automatisierung innerhalb von Projekten, z.B. bei großen Mandaten sowie bei Implementierungsprojekten. Die Korrespondenz mit ausländischen Unternehmen sowie die Teilnahme an Beratungsgesprächen gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Rechtswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht. Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Einkommensteuer, Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen und Lohnsteuer. Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich “Global Mobility” in einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft oder einem Unternehmen gesammelt. Analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude am Arbeiten mit Zahlen, gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab. Deutschkenntnisse auf C1/C2 Niveau. Die Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in kann 10 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche umfassen, in den Semesterferien auch bis zu 40 Stunden.

What you'll do
- You will support the expert team in tax consulting for clients regarding the assignment of employees, gaining insights into the tax and social security support for expatriates. Responsibilities include preparing income tax returns, reviewing tax assessments, and participating in advisory meetings.
