Summary

This newly created role supports the improvement in the effectiveness and timeliness of Treasury-Finance activities through the development of the necessary tools to measure and analyze the related processes, leading to a more granular understanding of the inefficiency drivers and enabling further optimization and automation. Initially focused on all collections-related activities, including monthly performance, the role will be expanded to other Treasury finance activities over time. The position will initially report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Americas & Global Technology (STMSG)

Responsibilities

· Supports the STMSG in the development and management of the Clients finance tracker for all Clients in the scope of the finance collection team and reports monthly status.

· Maintains the Billing partners and teams’ hierarchy and support subsequent improvements to monitor and track collection performance

· Supports the STMSG in the determination of the monthly Billing Partners Collections Targets

· Supports the STMSG in the development and management of the collections’ performance tools and management of the daily global liquidities within target and resolves issues in a timely manner.

· Manages the daily analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the Collection Activity and other Trackers

· Forecasts immigration filing fee disbursement timing to improve cash flow visibility.

· Supports the development and management of Treasury Activity trackers and models as required.

· Support treasury processes optimization and implementation of related standard works.

· Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of credit customer processes.

· Support the STMSG with payment execution and other bank account management matters as needed.

· Provide back-up for different treasury activities as required.

Skills and Qualifications

· Finance Degree

· 3 years + operational experience, including treasury and cash management activities

· Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

· Advanced knowledge of SAP S4 Hana

· Extensive analytics, cashflow management, reconciliations, reporting, and forecasting skills

· Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and personal integrity

· Ability to work under time pressure and meet defined deadlines
