Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support Assess each client's unique immigration needs and develop tailored immigration plans Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including visas and permanent residence applications Prepare, review and ensure accuracy and compliance of immigration forms and supporting documentation Interpret and apply immigration laws and regulations to ensure client compliance and mitigate legal risks Advise clients on immigration processes, timelines and potential risks Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documents are securely stored and easily accessible Demonstrate commercial awareness by efficiently recording time, supporting billing activities and monitoring scope changes Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies and authorities Communicate effectively with clients, government officials and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow Liaise with network offices, third-party providers, consulates, embassies and immigration authorities to stay updated on regulations and monitor case progress Handle unexpected challenges during the immigration or implementation process with professionalism and efficiency Provide regular updates to clients regarding case status or changes in immigration regulations Analyze current trends using various tools and techniques to extract business insights Address client inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and courteously Train junior team members on case management and immigration procedures Stay current with immigration laws, regulations and policies Support implementation of relevant technology or platforms, depending on the service line. University degree / recent graduates (Law or BCom preferred) 12+ months experience in a supply chain / outsourcing experience in a compliance environment. Highly self-disciplined, detail-oriented and well-organized Excellent English skills, both written and spoken Proficient in MS Office applications Strong interest in international work environments and Global Mobility topics Responsible, proactive and committed approach to work Motivated to learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally
