Partner with business, design, and technology teams to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics Gather, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements from multiple stakeholders Translate user and business needs into clear, actionable product deliverables Coordinate planning, testing, release, and adoption activities throughout the product lifecycle Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement Conduct research on user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy Contribute to roadmap discussions, investment planning, and continuous improvement initiatives Act as a product leader, driving alignment and execution across team Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 1 day per week in the office, with occasional more days per month on-site as per business needs) 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related technology delivery role Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working closely with both business and technical teams Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (experience with ADO is an asset) Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Prior experience leading a product, project, or workstream (formal people management not mandatory) Experience in big tech, startups, or technology-driven organizations Exposure to professional services or complex, multi-stakeholder environments Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in technology, business, or product-related fields
