Job Description
In this position you will serve as a vital contact for employees engaged in assignments, transfers, and relocations, covering both international and domestic movements. This role encompasses liaising with clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers. It involves providing operational support, adeptly managing inquiries, and serving as the main escalation point for any issues related to global mobility.
Possible responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Drafting individual tax returns and tax applications.
Drafting complex tax calculations.
Supporting the team with other tax, social security and global mobility related matters as needed.
Managing the business travel experience for employees, ensuring comprehensive documentation compliance with PWD regulations, including the manual submission of certifications.
Function as the central point of contact for mobile employees, providing specialized guidance on all aspects of mobility processes, policies, taxes and procedures.
Maintaining budget awareness for permanent workforce deployment, optimizing costs while upholding the quality and effectiveness of deployments.
Working in partnership with third-party providers, where necessary, to streamline the deployment process.
Regularly providing detailed reports and data to senior management, covering case monitoring, employee onboardings, and daily operational workload.
Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on travel assessments, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
You have studied in the fields of law or Commercial law and business administration in Denmark.
You have completed at least 2 years of studies.
You have got strong written and verbal communication skills both in Danish and in English.
Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze.
We value personal interest in tax, social security and/ or global mobility and as well as experience from living/working/studying abroad.
Related work experience for example from the relevant authorities or other global mobility consulting firms.
