Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to begin a career in immigration. You will support the immigration needs of clients’ employees, learning how to apply immigration laws while delivering high-quality client service. Working alongside experienced colleagues, clients, employees, and government authorities, you will help manage immigration matters across global or regional accounts and contribute to efficient, accurate, and successful immigration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, delivering high-quality immigration support and advice.

  • Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees, including visas, work permits, and related applications.

  • Prepare, review, and submit immigration documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely filing.

  • Interpret and apply immigration laws and regulations, advising clients on processes, timelines, risks, and changes.

  • Liaise with government authorities, consulates, network offices, and third-party providers to monitor case progress and resolve issues.

  • Maintain accurate case records, provide regular client updates, and handle unexpected issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and leadership by managing time recording and billing activities, supporting technology initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

  • English on min B2 and fluent Polish

  • Relevant Education or experience is an advantage

  • Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions

  • Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently

  • High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role
