Job Description

We are seeking a high-potential, analytically driven MBA graduate to join our Human Capital Rotational Program. This is a structured, two-three-year development program designed to build the next generation of Human Capital leaders by providing hands-on experience across every major people function in the organization.

Participants will complete six-to-twelve-month rotations across key Human Capital disciplines, gaining enterprise-wide exposure, deep analytical capability, and a strong commercial understanding of how talent, culture, and workforce strategy drive business performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and people and who is preparing for a long-term leadership career in Human Resources, Talent, or People Strategy.

You will rotate through four core Human Capital areas:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits

HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations

Learning, DEIB & Talent Development

Each rotation includes defined projects, executive exposure, and measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain workforce, hiring, compensation, and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Analyze trends in attrition, performance, engagement, and hiring velocity
  • Develop dashboards, models, and executive-level insights
  • Support major people initiatives such as workforce planning, diversity strategy, compensation benchmarking, and organizational design
  • Partner with Finance, Talent, and Business Leaders to connect people data to business performance
  • Help design and improve Human Capital processes using data, technology, and continuous improvement methods
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • MBA completed within the last 0–2 years (Human Resources, Strategy, Analytics, or similar concentration preferred)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Interest in building a long-term career in Human Capital leadership

Preferred

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or workforce planning tools
  • Background in consulting, finance, analytics, or operations
  • Exposure to compensation analytics, or organizational design
  • Global or multi-country experience

Additional Information

  • This is an intern, fixed-term, full-time position.
  • Dates range approximately: 6/8/2026 – 6/8/2028
  • The role is hybrid.
  • Location: New York
  • Compensation: Up to $85,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
