About this role
Deliver with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) and their tax implications to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally. Proven track record in global share plans and experience in working with cross-border compensation programs. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams. Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios. A hands-on team player who can review team output and provide mentorship. 3+ years of experience Experience supporting global share plan administration and compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with global share schemes administration platforms is a plus. Professional credential (CEP, CPA/CA, CTA/ATT) preferred but not required.
