Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams. Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios. A hands-on leader who can review team output and provide mentorship. 7+ years of experience Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience. Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with global share schemes platforms and integrations. Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent). Understanding of global tax and payroll implications. Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
