<p>Via is changing the way the world moves, and as a <strong>Consumer</strong> <strong>Growth Marketing Associate</strong>, you’ll design programs and campaigns, and outreach strategies for riders of Via’s transportation services across the United States and beyond! This position will oversee a variety of strategic marketing tactics, from paid social and out of home to lifecycle communications and everything in between. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead marketing initiatives from ideation to execution and measurement, in a way that meaningfully contributes to improving transportation outcomes for our partners and the communities they serve and driving Via’s growth.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Connect the dots between teams, programs, research, and data to understand and anticipate our customers’ needs</li>
<li>Craft marketing strategy and communications for key transit partners (cities, counties, transit agencies). </li>
<li>Develop full lifecycle marketing programs based on quantitative and qualitative market research, customer segments, and key use cases. </li>
<li>Collaborate across internal and partner teams to launch, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing programs.</li>
<li>Build programs for local communities and scale them to similar markets. </li>
<li>Consistently identify and test new rider growth initiatives that can supplement our existing strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct rigorous analysis to identify areas of opportunity and improvement across the entire rider lifecycle (e.g. signup conversion funnel, early engagement, retention).</li>
<li>Create replicable processes and playbooks to drive efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics.</li>
<li>Communicate strategies, insights, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 0-2 years experience.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li>
<li>Responsive and customer-oriented.</li>
<li>Experience with executing cross-functional projects and programs.</li>
<li>Passionate about growth marketing and excited by the opportunity to help Via acquire and connect with riders in a broad range of deployments.</li>
<li>Analytical and data-oriented, turning data into insight. </li>
<li>Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic.</li>
<li>Motivated by having ownership, autonomy, and measurable impact.</li>
<li>Willing to get into the weeds, having a no-task-too-small attitude.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.</li>
<li>Salary Range<strong>:</strong> $65,000–$85,000</li>
