About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser to bring The North Face brand to life across retail and wholesale spaces in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll help deliver inspiring visual stories that connect with our customers, elevate our in-store experience, and align with our global brand standards.

You’ll work closely with the APAC VM team and local partners to plan, execute, and refine merchandising strategies — from store windows and floor layouts to trade shows and new store openings.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and adapt global visual merchandising strategies for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Support new store openings, refits, and seasonal floor set changes.
• Deliver engaging in-store and showroom displays that reflect our brand image.
• Coordinate visual assets, props, and marketing materials for retail and wholesale partners.
• Provide VM training and guidance to store teams and partners.
• Manage the local VM budget and report on spend and performance.
• Analyse visual performance and sales results to inform future activations.
• Work with Sales and Retail teams on trade shows and GTM events.
• Liaise with external suppliers and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Regularly visit stores across Australia and New Zealand to ensure consistency and excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising, Design or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in retail visual merchandising, ideally within an apparel or outdoor brand.
• Strong eye for design, colour, and detail.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to train and motivate others.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally overseas.
