Clappison Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian. Located on the outskirts of Waterdown, our multi-doctor companion animal practice has been serving pets in the Greater Hamilton area for nearly 50 years. Our location and convenient access to highways makes for an easy commute from Guelph, Hamilton, Dundas, Burlington and the GTA. We are proud to have an experienced and well-established team that prioritizes quality medicine and creating superior patient experience.
To support our veterinarians in a positive work-life balance, we provide a 4 day work week with daily scheduled block offs to complete your records and follow-ups. Our clinic is certified Feline Friendly Silver, provides 4 exam rooms, digital x-ray, dental digital x-ray, a 2-table surgery suite and a spacious doctor’s office for team collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Provincial DVM licensing, or eligibility to be licensed
- Passion for what you do every day
- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude are a must
- A strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills

What you'll do
- The Associate Veterinarian will provide veterinary care to companion animals and support the clinic's mission of quality medicine and superior patient experience. They will work collaboratively with a team of professionals and be paired with a technician.
