Our last appointment of the day is at 5:00pm. You won’t be expected to stay late, work holidays, or be on call. The schedule is currently Monday through Friday, but we plan to open on Saturdays in the future, with participation required on a rotating basis.</li> <li><strong>A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio</strong>. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients.
