<p>As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Franklin, TN headquarters and help drive client acquisition across our network of veterinary hospitals.</p>
<h3>Role Overview</h3>
<p>We are seeking a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to assist in transitioning and managing our paid advertising campaigns in-house. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to manage paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results.</p>
<p>You will play a key role in optimizing performance across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with creative and marketing partners to ensure campaigns are both effective and aligned with business goals.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h4>Campaign Management & Optimization</h4>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate the transition of paid advertising campaigns in-house, ensuring a seamless handoff and continued performance optimization</li>
<li>Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategic adjustments to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions</li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing and explore new media channels to identify opportunities for growth</li>
<li>Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, implementing best practices to keep campaigns innovative and impactful</li>
</ul>
<h4>Creative Collaboration & Ad Development</h4>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and alignment with broader business objectives</li>
</ul>
<h4>Data Analysis & Reporting</h4>
<ul>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights</li>
<li>Assist in preparing dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders</li>
<li>Deliver bi-weekly performance updates to leadership</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive monthly performance reviews and ROI analysis by hospital</li>
</ul>
<h4>Budget & Trend Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support the management of paid media budgets to ensure cost-effective spend</li>
<li>Monitor trends and platform changes, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>5 or more years of experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Meta platforms</li>
<li>Strong understanding of targeting strategies, keyword research, and audience segmentation</li>
<li>Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook Blueprint) certifications</li>
<li>Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting</li>
<li>Experience in the veterinary industry or a passion for animals</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>
<p><em><strong>Salary:</strong> $65,000–$75,000 annually</em></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Bonus Opportunity:</strong> Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, determined 50% by individual performance and 50% by overall company results</li>
