The coordinator will oversee case management activities, monitor housing placements, and assist in resolving housing-related issues to promote long-term housing stability. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Ultimately, the Housing Coordinator II contributes to improving community well-being by helping vulnerable populations achieve sustainable housing solutions.
