About the Role:
The Housing Coordinator II plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating housing programs aimed at supporting individuals and families in securing safe, affordable, and stable housing. This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, landlords, service providers, and government agencies to ensure effective delivery of housing services. The coordinator will oversee case management activities, monitor housing placements, and assist in resolving housing-related issues to promote long-term housing stability. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Ultimately, the Housing Coordinator II contributes to improving community well-being by helping vulnerable populations achieve sustainable housing solutions.
