The Process Excellence (PEX) department is the driving force behind continuous improvement at the Ringkøbing factory. With 25 years of manufacturing experience, the factory produces a wide range of onshore nacelles, hubs, and drivetrains. The PEX team works closely with production, logistics, quality, and HSE to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
At the heart of our approach is Kaizen-the philosophy of small, incremental improvements that lead to lasting change. Through structured problem-solving, data analysis, and lean tools, the PEX team empowers employees to engage in improvements and build a culture of operational excellence.
