The Program Management department ensures control, transparency, and accountability over the delivery of documentation that supports the deployment of wind turbines, manages cross-organizational dependencies, and enhances project management capabilities, tools, and execution standards through close collaboration with the Documentation Departments, Product Platforms, Sales, Modules, and Value Chain.

We support the development of Value Chain Services (VCS) capabilities by implementing strategic and transformational initiatives that are aligned with business needs and the R&D strategy. Our work is closely connected to the Transformation, Enablement & Innovation roadmap, helping to build long-term capabilities across the organization. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and align documentation scope packages with product platforms, modules, value chain (global service, global construction and global transport), CPx (commercial project execution) and documentation leads in VCS
  • Own the B-level documentation plan, including milestones, training, IPC, translations, transport, construction, service documentation and OSOS
  • Create, maintain and communicate delivery timelines and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overarching platform project plans
  • Estimate and manage resource and cost budgets in SAP PPM
  • Identify and resolve scope, budget, and timeline gaps between baseline and module delivery plans
  • Oversee risk management and change control processes, escalating issues as needed
  • Represent documentation in platform-level reviews (PMRs, TRs) and report on progress, risks, and budget
  • Handover committed documentation plans to C-level for execution and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge and a collaborator in both vertical (level A- B- C) and horizontal dimensions (modules, value chain, VCS)
  • Delivering customer projects in alignment with contractual obligations, including product responses, performance milestones, and sales-project deliverables
  • Support Portfolio Management and governance in Value Chain Services by leading transformational projects and Power BI reporting

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, technical communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Advanced understanding of Power BI and Excel, with the ability to create Power BI reporting and manage the Value Chain Services Power BI site
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is preferred

  • Risk & Change Management: Committed to identifying risks, managing change requests, and adjusting plans to maintain delivery commitments
  • Strategic Alignment: Ability to translate platform-level goals into actionable documentation plans and deliverables

Additional information

This is a hybrid position based in Porto, Portugal and requires up to 10% travel per year.
