POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support role is a key contributor to the sales process, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer support. Employees in this role are responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at streamlining sales activities and maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Key responsibilities include:
• Quotation Management: Creating basic to intermediate-level quotes to support the sales team.
• Purchase Order Validation: Reviewing and validating order packages for accuracy and compliance.
• System Updates: Maintaining up-to-date records in C1 and Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), DataZen to ensure seamless information flow.
• Account Management: Setting up new customer accounts in OSC.
• SPR Follow-up: Managing the approval process for Special Pricing Requests (SPR) to meet client needs and operational requirements.
• Sales Request Handling: Addressing sales requests promptly while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
This role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support the broader goals of the UK and Ireland sales team.

PO validation – order package
C1/ OSC updates
Account creation in OSC
SPR approval follow-up
Manage sales requests within SLA
QUALIFICATIONS
Sales Administration: 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
Quoting and Order Processing: Familiarity with creating and managing quotes, validating purchase orders, and processing sales transactions.
CRM/ERP Systems: Basic proficiency with CRM tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) or equivalent platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and SLAs.
Advanced Quoting Experience: Experience creating intermediate to complex quotes for diverse products or services.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology or data center industry.
SPR Processes: Experience with Special Pricing Requests (SPR) workflows.
Data Analysis: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or methodologies to support sales operations.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree
English Proficiency: Good level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Office Environment: Work is performed in a standard office setting or remotely, depending on company policies.
Remote Work Considerations: When working remotely, the employee must maintain a professional workspace with reliable internet and minimal distractions.
