About this role
We are looking for Senior NPDI Buyer to join our team in Nove Mesto and play a key role in driving our new product development and introduction (NPDI) activities. In this position, you will support early-stage product development by ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and partnering with suppliers to drive innovation and manufacturability.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the purchasing activities for new product development and introduction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality material acquisition during the design and prototype phases.
Reduce time to customer by mitigating delays and disruptions during the transition from NPDI to mass production.
Strengthen collaboration between Engineering, Procurement, and Operations, acting as a key link between all involved functions.
Work closely with suppliers during the design phase to improve manufacturability, support innovation, and secure optimal technical and commercial solutions.
