About this role

The Planner supports the supply chain team by analyzing demand, inventory, and production data to ensure optimal planning and scheduling. This Role is for professionals with more than 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning and operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with teams and allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain project documentation and communication.
  • Lead post-project reviews to identify improvements.
  • Production & Supply Planning
  • Analyze data to support production forecasts.
  • Maintain planning models and generating reports.
  • Collaborate to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor inventory and recommend adjustments.
  • Support planning process improvements.
  • Ability to have project update meetings with managers and directors.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • 3-5 years in planning, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), good communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Conversational and Written English 85-90% fluent.

 

 

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

  • The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
  • The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
  • Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
  • Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
