Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Support:

· Support the Plant Controller in analyzing shop floor data and processes

· Assist in preparing analysis for cross-functional initiatives

· Help gather and analyze data for plant transformation projects

Financial Support:

· Assist in plant financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting

· Prepare financial reports and analysis based on shop floor data

· Monitor and track KPIs for operational and financial performance

· Support cost reduction programs by analyzing data and preparing reports

Assist in maintaining financial controls and documentation

Operational Excellence Support:

· Analyze production processes and resource utilization data

· Support lean manufacturing initiatives through data collection and analysis

· Participate in value stream mapping exercises

· Prepare analytical reports for production meetings

Stakeholder Support:

· Support vendor and supplier cost analysis

· Help prepare materials for customer audits and site visits

· Maintain documentation for external audits and regulatory compliance

Compliance & Control:

· Maintain adherence to accounting standards and policies

· Develop and document financial control procedures

· Ensure proper financial documentation for all manufacturing activities

· Guide teams on policy compliance requirements

· Update and maintain plant financial procedures

· Other Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Finance/Accountancy or related field

· 2-4 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting

· Proficient in MS Office Excel

· Familiar with ERP systems especially in Oracle
