About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components based on drawings and work orders
- Use tools and machines to assemble, cut, drill, grind, and shape parts
- Check and prepare parts before assembling
- Do final assembly and apply insulation if needed
- Report any faulty parts to the supervisor
- Keep workstation clean and organized
- Record work details in the system
- Follow safety rules and wear protective gear
- Suggest ideas for improvement
- Work according to lean manufacturing and 5S principles
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate of Diploma in Mechanics
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Preferably with some mechanical assembly experience
- Able to read technical drawings
- Good with hands and tools
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Willing to work in shifts
- Careful, accurate, and safety-aware
