Base Pay + Commission- $60,000- $80,000

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing accurate vehicle inspections and creating detailed repair estimates.
- Provide detailed and clear communication to customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
- Acts as a liaison to seamlessly communicate between customers, coworkers, and insurance companies.
- Assist with estimates, invoicing, and compliance with safety/OSHA regulations.
- Provide support to the body shop manager as needed.
- Provides assistance to the rental department.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a body shop is preferred, but not required.
- Must be proficient in the use of estimating software.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service skills are a must.
- A positive attitude and high effort are a must.
- Ability to solve problems
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
