Job Purpose:

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our Customers and will oversee their experience with our company. This role will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

● Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives.
● Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing.
● Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives.
● Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
● Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
● Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts.
● Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts.
● Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.

● ENCORE Experience.

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related job experience.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED
