Lo que ofrecemos:
- Horario fijo: Lunes a Viernes de 09:30-17:00h (más guardias).
- Salario fijo según convenio + variable sin techo: Tú decides hasta dónde quieres llegar.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Realizar instalaciones, revisiones y mantenimiento de nuestros sistemas de seguridad, garantizando la máxima calidad y protección.
- Asesorar a los clientes sobre soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades, fomentando la venta cruzada y la fidelización.
- Gestionar incidencias y resolver dudas con un enfoque proactivo y orientado a la satisfacción de cada cliente.
- Cumplir con tus objetivos individuales y colaborar con el equipo para alcanzar las metas globales.
- Representar los valores de Securitas Direct: pasión, compromiso, innovación, trabajo en equipo y responsabilidad.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Carné de conducir tipo B con al menos 1 año de antigüedad (imprescindible).
- Actitud proactiva, tolerancia a trabajar bajo presión y orientación a resultados.
- Se valorará experiencia en trabajos manuales y/o comerciales, así como en atención a clientes.
