Se procuras trabalho como Supervisor Departamento Técnico para atuar na zona do Porto , junta-te a Nós!
As tuas principais funções:
Gestão de assistências sem horário - levantamento de informação para compreender a não possibilidade de marcação;
Gestão de assistências de complexidade acrescida;
Gestão de piquetes para os sábados;
Encontrar soluções de gestão de stock entre a equipa em caso de necessidade;
Coordenação da equipa através da verificação de ausências e controlo de objetivos e produtividades;
Entre outras atividades.
O que procuramos:
Valorizamos experiência de pelo menos 1 ano em áreas de manutenção e instalação;
Gosto em ajudar a formar pessoas/trabalho em equipa;
Aptidões de Liderança;
Elevada capacidade de comunicação e argumentação;
Forte capacidade de resiliência e orientação para o cliente.

What you'll do
- The Supervisor will manage technical assistance requests and coordinate the team to ensure productivity and address absences. Additional responsibilities include stock management and handling complex assistance cases.
