About this role

¿Quieres trabajar en una empresa líder en el sector, gestionando equipos comerciales?
Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Supervisor/a de equipos comerciales telefónicos en nuestro equipo de Televenta.

Tu misión como Supervisor/a será la gestión de teleoperadores comerciales, velando por el correcto funcionamiento de las campañas de venta y consecución de los objetivos marcados por la compañía.

¿Qué harás con nosotros?
- Liderar un equipo de agentes telefónicos (6-8 agentes)
- Reuniones periódicas con el equipo para el seguimiento de los KPIs y SLAs
- Establecer objetivos mensuales y realizar el seguimiento y consecución de los mismos
​- Manejo del CRM con el objetivo de medir los KPIs del equipo
- Comunicación directa con el manager
- Coaching continuo con escuchas para buscar la mejora del equipo
- Realizar estrategias de motivación diaria y generar nuevas dinámicas de comisión
- Desarrollo de nuevos planes de incentivos para el equipo

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?: 
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como coordinador/a o supervisor/a de ventas telefónicas en el sector de seguros.
- Orientación a objetivos y liderazgo de equipos.
- Creación de estrategias de motivación.
- Manejo de KPIs: ratio venta, conversión, tmo.
