Product Manager — Alarm Monitoring Platform

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to take responsibility for the roadmap, intake, and delivery of our Alarm Monitoring solution, a critical part of daily operations. 

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to make sure needs are understood, priorities are clear, and changes are delivered in a reliable and predictable way. You will focus on turning real operational problems into well-defined initiatives and ensuring they deliver the expected results. 

What you’ll do 

• Own the vision and roadmap for the Alarm Monitoring Platform, aligning platform evolution with business strategy, operational excellence, and technical innovation. 

• Lead discovery and predelivery, shaping problem statements, validating value, and defining scope and success criteria (e.g., outcomes/OKRs). 

• Run transparent intake and prioritization, balancing customer impact, feasibility and risk (e.g., RICE/value vs. effort). 

• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and PMO to ensure smooth transition from idea to delivery. 

• Measure value realization (availability, timetovalue, incident reduction, operational efficiency) and drive continuous improvement with our stakeholders. 

• Represent the user, ARC Operators and Operations, while engaging key stakeholders across business and technology. 

• Communicate clearly and often, aligning stakeholders and teams on decisions, tradeoffs, and progress. 

What you’ll bring 

• Proven experience owning a complex B2B/B2C platform or product with high availability and realtime/missioncritical characteristics (ideally monitoring, telco, fintech, safety, or comparable domains). 

• Strong strategic thinking and datainformed decisionmaking, with the ability to set direction and execute. 

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable influencing across functions and seniority. 

• Demonstrated prioritization under uncertainty, balancing shortterm outcomes with longterm platform health. 

• Solid technology understanding (cloud services, integrations, reliability/observability practices) and curiosity to innovate. 

How you’ll work 

• Idea & Discovery: Lead with curiosity, explore needs, challenge assumptions, validate value early. 

• Delivery & Followup: Enable alignment, track outcomes, and adjust based on measurable results to secure value realization. 

What success looks like (first 12 months) 

• A clear, agreed Alarm Monitoring Platform vision and roadmap tied to business outcomes and operational KPIs. 

• A clear and predictable intake and prioritization process that improves time to value for the most important initiatives. 

• Strong working relationships with key stakeholders, built on trust, transparency, and regular dialogue.
